For the 2025 season, with the limited kitchen space available at Seven Hills, Chef Austin at Heron Creek will be working with Executive Chef & friend Josh Boyer at Fork & Fire utilizing his commercial kitchen space to prepare and offer this menu at Seven Hills. A former Culinary Instructor & Graduate of the Great Lakes Culinary Institute with over twenty years experience in the industry, he is a well versed, respected & talented Chef who is local to Traverse City. He is a fantastic choice to cater your next special event in the Bay Area of Northern Michigan, and you may see him around Seven Hills as he will be assisting with parties & special events throughout this year.
